It is required to be a member of EAS before paying for the EAS conference in Gdansk. People outside Poland will pay a membership fee of 25 EUR; people inside Poland will pay a reduced membership fee of 10 EUR. The Participants of the Students’ Forum in Gdansk will become EAS members for one year for free.

CANCELLATIONS
Information about any changes must be emailed to: eas2011@amuz.gda.pl Registration fee cancellations prior to March 17th 2011 will be refunded with a reduction of 20% for administration fees. Registration fee cancellations between March 18th and April 17th 2011 will be refunded with a reduction of 50% for administration fees. No refunds after April 18th 2011. All refunds will be made at the end of the conference.
